Guest | hmm, i did create/modify Arthas skin and now its only red in game, did i **** with alpha channels or what is problem, can i fix it! i dont want to loss my skin!! |

Yes you broke the alpha channels. Extract the skin again, then select the RGB channel(s) of your moded skin and copy them. Then paste them over the RGB channel(s) of the freshly extracted skin. |

it might also be because your version of Photo/ Paintshop is before 6.0 Older version are not compatible with alpha-channels so they delete them. If u are using Photoshop 7.0 then u need the targa Plug-in to edit the alpha-channels. |

A problem i've discovered actually has to do with the layers in your .TGA file. At least with Photoshop, if I forget to flatten the image before saving it, models will come out how you described. |

I'm also having the same trouble with my unit changing to the team color during the game. The only strange thing is, I don't mess with the Alpah channels, and some of the the body parts are missing from the unit. I've included a picture to help. This is the first skin I've started working on, and would like to not get shot down in the first. |
