Masters of Adventure... Need Ideas

I'm starting a new map. It's an RPG and I want it to be very sticky

So, firts of all I need Ideas...

I'm makin a forest-like area and have a town already. I will be attaching some screenshots.

I need ideas on new gameplay options (I'm planning player will be able to build their own houses, arenas, laboratories, etc)

I would also apreciate spell ideas, skills items, quests. please I want to end it within a month and it's kind of huge (448x448)

I'm sending the entrance to a small human village. As you can see, my priority is the scale.

I've just made the human town, so I'm sending an image of it

It yet lacks of enviroment doodads, but, it's going pretty well (working hard)
