Change unit flying height doesnt work for hover?

I cant get Animation - Change No unit flying height to 0.00 at 0.00
to work for units with hovering as movement type, help would be appreciated.

Unit Flying Height only works with Air units... Don't ask me why its just another one of blizzards Quarky things :)
