WC3 Image Extractor problem

Haryon	when I try to open Wc3 Image Extractor 2, this shows up. Could anyone help me?emote_confused

ngevangelion4	Open your WC folder, and copy the storm.dll and the iijl15.dll and put them in to the directory that you up the image extractor in.
