Disabling Mouse

Ok, I wanted to know if there was a way to disable the mouse use? I have one way... But then people are needed to restart WC3 to get the mouse back... Is it possible? And if it isn't, would you mind playing a map that makes you restart after yer done?

That's only for in-cinematics. Or I think anyways.

Have you ever played Point Blank? Terrible map, but it did exactly what you are talking about. I'll attach it if I still have it.
