has anyone else discovered that if u put a blp file with the same name as orginal skin (i think) in ur warcraft3 file that it automatically puts it in?

itll be in war editor (i shudda specified) and u can see the skin on the unit and u dont need to specify any paths to skins either

Yes I realised that if you put a BLP in the WarcraftIII folder in it's correct path it will show the skin in WE.

You mean on directly on the root of War3 directory, or using subfolders? Because that using subfolders is no news, even W3V and WE use this scheme.

okay say u want to edit the peon skin the orginial name of it is
Peon.blp

if u edit it and keep that same name and put it in ur w3 file no paths or folders it will be put on the normal skin in we

gawd it kinda hard to explain specially since theres a million thing i cud be talking bout

And it does nothing in the actual game. I tried out a map and the skin was normal.
