Skinning Help!!!

I made a new skin for my chieftian and it shows up in the editor, but when I go to test or play the game on-line he shows up with the normal chieftian skin???

Are you sure you did import the skin into the map file?

What exactly is happening? Sometimes if your using "replace file"
it won't replace for some reason and you will have to delete and re-import the skin and set the file path again.

Other than that you should give more details.

This comes up alot I think -- I bet it's because the skinning tutorials are all pre TFT and leave out the steps using the import manager. Make sure you use the import manager to import your new skin, then double click on it in the import list (might be right-click). Check the box for custom path and enter the path to the original skin. Save and restart.

Maybe the tutorial needs a little TFT update?
