Spell-Editor for TFT

In TFT there is a spell-editor (you probably know that)
But i can't understand it. Like it says WESTRING_OE_CAT_ART -WESTRING_AEVAL_ACAT.
How do i make it so that i can understand it or change it into a understandable form?

umm thats strange, i suggest you reinstall warcraft, this isn't supposed to happen.
