Skin Size

Hello all, I was wondering if you could tell me how i can shrink down the size of my skins. I made a new skin for arthas which ended up being 250ish kb, and my mage slayer skin ended up being about 150kb (based off garithos).

Is there a program availible that can help shrink down the size of a skin? I can't use the compression in Photoshop or PSP because it wont let me import the skin then.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Try converting the TGAs to BLPS with less quality rate, it might help. I don't think there are much more ways other than this one. Also remember that when inserted into the MPQ/W3X they're automatically compressed.
