i made a building with purge ability, i want it to work like a racial shop, i.e, u r unable to order the building to cast purge if there isn't an hero around, but also i want it to be an ally hero (not the same color though). what i did was to give the buidling under 'abilities' 'select hero', but not only that i can order it to cast it from anywhere on the map (as long as i see the building ofcourse) but enemy heroes are also able to order it. what do i have to do in order to get this to work right? |

Does it *have* to be a building? You could make a regular unit with a building's model and no move... |

how is that gonna make any diffrence? if there is a way they did it with the racial shops (which ARE buildings) then there should be a way to do the same for other custom buildings. how?! |
