Alternate Tags Problem

Ok, heres my problem:

I have a hero unit with the sucubus model. Her ultimate is to morph into a gargoyle unit that can fly.

I have created a custom ability based off metamorphosis and this works ok. However, because the gargoyle model has ALTERNATE animation tags (eg: stone form) when the morph happens, the gargoyle displays its stoneform animation.

Now I have tryed to do 'animation - remove ALTERNATE tag' as a trigger, but it doesn't work. I know it works for the demonhunter model, but it doesn't for mine.

I think this maybe because the original model (sucubus) does not contain any alternate tags and the gargoyle does.

Can someone plz tell me how to create a trigger to disable the ALTERNATE tags of the gargoyale model 'after' metamorphis is cast...?

I got an easy solution if you don't mind importing an MDX, I'll just make a version of the Gargoyle with his anim tags swapped round so his alternate anim is his normal flying anims etc. Just give me a minute to do it...

here's the file, unit and portrait MDX included. Just import them into your map and select it in the Object Editor. Hope it helps :D
