i cant get my skin 2 work in game

i have made my skin and saved it as a blp in the wc3 image extractor2 now how do i aply it to the world editer????

In TFT, you use the import editor inside of World Edit. Click that and then import the .blp file you want. After that select the file and tell it to use a custom path.
