I still don't know how to extract those "fudging"(another word would be a lot more appropiate...) skins! I have a program (not photoshop *gasp*) but almost as good. Good enoguh to do what I want, but that doesn't help me without the material! Please lemme know where that extraction tool can be found? Thx :foot: |

For any skins that were in RoC, get Image Extractor 2 from the tools list in the Editing tools forum. Then open it up and extract the skins you want. For TFT skins, you'll have to browse the War3x.mpq in your Wc3 directory. Get MPQ View or WinMPQ to do that. Below is a link to some downloads if you can't find them here. http://www.campaigncreations.org/war...ms/index.shtml Also, for a list file of the .blp(s) (that means skins btw), look at the .BLP list thread in this forum. Note - I also deleted your other thread. Don't make duplicates or near duplicates... :D |

Errr, sorry bout the mood. I've been on forever trying to find any info, and this site is a savior! I hope to be posting stuff in here in the future perhaps? This seems like a breath of fresh air from nwn... So much more user friendly (b.net is a much more intuitive online environment) Srry for the outbursts! Please delete them? I don't want to give a bad first impression (this is my first night on!) Thx :foot: |

Umm, not to bug you yet again, but I still can't seem to get my hands on that extracting tool? I'm guessing I will have to wait untill your Tools section is up and running again, as it is down now. The link supplied jsut put me back to this site (a very fine one at that) but still no tool. Unless you can help that, I'll jsut be checking in another day (very soon!). :heh: Thx a lot Draco! :foot: P.S. Please don't get me booted on my first day! Already I've angered you twice! Only my shortcomings getting to me! :bangH: |

HERE is WinMPQ site. GO more than half way down until you get to version 1.62. You'll also need to install vb and runtime files listed. MPQ View is attached.... |
