K, I have the WC Image Extractor and a program that lets me edit Targa files... But how do I patch the blp files into the game so that my edited skins will take effect? |

If you have TFT, you can use the import manager to put them in the map at the same path as the file you are replacing. Otherwise, use WinMPQ to do the same thing. |

I have WinMPQ and have made SC mods with it... But how can I use it to patch the skins into a map? |

Great. Progress! Still, how do I import the bp into a map (frustrated stares) Yes, I am completely dumb when it comes to WC modding. I decided to start, so I'm new to it. Hopefully, importing a blp into a map won't be too hard, because if it is, brace yourself for more questions. I recently tried to import a blp i made into WC3's mpq file that the game installed, and everything go screwed up so I had to reinstall it. Beleive me, I have scarcely felt more stupid than I did at that exact moment. |
