help a noob

Every time I add my skin and look at it its all messed up. body parts are missing and the colours are all mixed up. plz help somebody!! :guns:

Did you rotate the skin while working on it? If you did and didn't put it back to it's original position it will apply the skin in that position.

Somebody tell me where to find photoshop 7 because photoshop 8 dosen't work :(. Oh and plz tell me where to find the targa plugin.
