A handful of requests for an anime-style campaign

I've given up on trying to get any help making ToB characters, so I've reverted to an old plan of making an "anime" War3 campaign: The Excel Saga of Warcraft 3 (If you know what I'm talking about, be very afraid). The basic storyline will be about a pair of elves, the Warcraft versions of Excel and Hyatt as they try to survive the post TFT world of Warcraft. One is fanatically in love with Illidan and is trying to find her way back to him after being kicked out of the base before the last TFT mission. The other has been stranded on Northrend and has been on a plague-grain diet in the year since her boat was burned down by unknown boat-hating vandals and hasn't quite succumbed to undeath yet. The remaining characters are anime parodies as well (no more Excel Saga though) and I'm working on the characters, skills, etc, and could use some skins/models for them.

1. A female Blood Mage that will be the main Excel-like character. I'd like for her to have a less bulky cape and to look similar to Excel.

2. A skin for the Dark Ranger, for a Hyatt-like second character. Instead of being the dark-skinned undead, I'd like her to be deathly pale.

3. A skin for the Naga Summoner and Sea Witch. Beware of the Naga Magical Girl, Pretty Princess Umihebi! Her "robes" or whatever they are should look like a Sailor Moon-eqse sailor uniform with bright cheerful colors.

4. A skin/model for the Blademaster that makes him into a Naruto-eqse ninja. I don't have much prefrence for this guy just yet, as I haven't worked out all his details.

5. An skin for the Siege Golem that turns it into the goblin built Evangelion Unit 01. I'll also need a skin for the Flesh Golem that turns it into the BERSERK Unit 01. Also, if possible: my plan is for the goblin Eva to be piloted by the three Eva kids, if possible the portrait should be a trio of goblins.

Any help with this is certainly be appreciated! If anybody is interested and needs pics of the characters in question, just let me know.

First off, not a lot of people want to help on a project that mixes anime and wc3...It jsut sounds weird. I would love to do anime, but the excel...Try getting an anime that is strictly anime. You'll get a lot more feedback. For instance, there is:

Well, the storyline will be similar in set up to the Excel Saga anime: Excel Saga epsiodes are parodies of anime genres, this campaign's missions will be parodies of War3 maps, Tower Defense, AoS, etc. But the characters in need of skins will be parodies of other anime characters. I'd like for the two Elves to be more or less Excel and Hyatt skin wise, similar clothing/colors/etc. The other characters are really from other anime; like the Goblin Evangelion, or "Sailor Naga", or the ninja. I would like a Kenshin-eqse samurai character as well, thanks for the idea.:D

Thanks for FINALLY giving some input. Hell, even if somebody said "Your idea sucks" it's better than complete silence.

First of all, I never said the Excel idea sucked, jsut that it wouldn't go over well. A more "mainstream" anime would be better suited for a mod. As for the skins, you'll have to be more specific. I'm almost certain that you'll need a model for the girls, as it's hard to find much of anything that works... But I'll contnue to try.

I will be gone for 2 weeks, starting tomorrow, but feel free to keep me posted (I will have access to wc3c, just not wc3 or my tools for skinning)

Otherwise, I'll have to see how it turns out. BTW, even though you are wating for the skins, don't stop mapping. The skins could come later, first get the terrain and story set up...

Been away for a while, it's really damn hard to get help on this site so I stopped coming. I'm still working on skills and what-not for my map. I'm also adding in another character, an Inu-Yasha parody half-demon.

Not fan of anime, and I already have a project, so I won't be able to help. Yet I've seen you need a female blood mage, and I've just seen a really cool model in the Heart of Storms model thread that is a mix of the sorceress and blood mage models. However, they are unlikely to give it to you unless you have something of the same kind to trade. If it isn't the case, I bet you'll have to wait for the release of the mod.

Anime should be banned. it sickens me that you think that yoo could try to convert Warcraft3 to a gay style, you piece of crap

! Well i do agree that anime/wc3 is a bit weired but to call ALL anime an entire genre gay and a peice of crap is a bit much? if you have nothing nice to say at least say it descreetly.

Sad to see that this forum is always so full of people who think it is a place to get rid of stress by insulting others or their work in total impunity. And even if anime is not my favourite graphic style and I don't think it fits well with wcIII, I think some units have some animeish aspects, especially elves (sorceress...). The simple fact that the NE archer on top of this page is anime style should tell you how ridiculous it is to try to ban anime from here.
(N.B.: and anime would not be so full of cute sexy girls if it was a gay-only style, the fact that most men look effeminate doesn't mean anything)

I hated Excel Saga. Really really annoying voices and lame comedy. If youre doing anime stick to one series and work with that. Dont mix series, it just loses the anime appeal.
