Hi, I'm making a Engineer class. Can some one tell me how to add a skill that builds a tower, each level gives it + damage/life/Attack speed

Also a skill called Camera, which shows invisable units and every level it increases in range that it can see.

and as a ultimate(Level6) He builds a robot.

Ya, press F6 in the world editor, then click on the Abilities tab, all your spell editing (pretty much) can be done from there!
