Problems with Skin

I finally got one of my Gundam models into the War3 world editor after _5_ file conversions! It's a pain to go from Maya's MB to MDX!

Anyhow, I got everything in working order in the world editor except the skin. I have tried almost everything and the skin still won't show up. I'm not sure what the problem is.

I have the UVs unwrapped in Maya and it exported perfectly in 3ds. If I slap a material in the diffuse it renders properly. So I converted it to MDL, then I turned the textureID on for Blend and even tried adding a None and Transparency filtermode but it doesn't seem to do any difference. The BLP is directed in the Texture section as well.

Whatever I do the file model still ends up red in the world editor. Any help would be appreciated, attached are the MDL, MDX and BLP. Thanks in advance.

nevermind, got it working. I just converted the blp at 75% and stuck it in a directory in the MPQ and it showed up.

no they aren't. I can't seem to figure out how to add custom animations yet. I'm still testing right now.
