hero builder?

I am trying to make a map where a hero can build buildings and at the same time, he can purchase stuff from goblin laboratory.. Is that possible? Thanks

Make him sell buildings :D
Or try the unit editor and make a hero of the base peon unit (don't know if this works).

just give him the buildings he need in the structures built area

also give him the repair/renew etc skill depending on which race's buildings
(human repair for human buildings etc)
