ok I used the tutorial by Iron_Ian with the only diffrence being I used photoshop 7.0 insead of paint shop pro 7.0 but when I import my skins into the map and after I save it and re-open the map and place the unit I edited the skin for it doesent show up. All you see are like the team color patches. I know this has somthing to do with the alpha channel but I have no idea how to do it the right way. Could some one plz tell me how to like get the friggen skins to work? Like do I have to edit the skin in the alpha channel or what? |

You screwed up the layers or alpha channels in some way or another. Not much you can do to fix it; try copy and pasting the whole skin onto a different .tga and see if that helps. Also, unselect everything before you save. :D |
