Icons

Is there a specific program to use? Or can I just import them into UMSWE, and use them from there?

Now for making them, I got PsP 7.0, but how do I save them as the file format they need to be in...or is that as simple as making them a jpg? :)

yes, u need .blp type.

with psp7 convert your icon as a .tga file and with Warcraft Image Extractor II convert as .blp.

IMPORTANT: u need an ALPHA CHANNEL !! Add it in PSP.
