Prolly making this more complicated than it should be, but doom (or roar perhaps?) would have to be altered in triggers. I think anyway. I have done it in the past (all units effected by the 1st spell, would be cast on by the second spell (in this case, a modified hex)) Anyways, I'm sure someone else could give you a better way, and I think there is even some programs floating around...
