Over all, the orc doesnt look right. Also this topic should be moved.

i think its a great start. continue on to the rest of his body and the important part is you're getting in practice. rome wasnt built in a day and neither was perfect skinning skill:)

Not bad, it's a good start but more needs to be changed. Change the clothing a little bit maybe make it darker. Also, change the horse a bit just because it takes up a lot of space on the model and you need to make it look different from the normal archmage.

Oh yeah, I think blizzard's orc skins use a lighter shade of green.

The skin looks pretty good is just that orcs doesn´t have god-damn moustache.......:abomHUH?:
