how do i put blp files in an MPQ file??

Please post a thread about the same topic only once. Oh, and about the skin, first of all, you have to convert it into a .blp, then you have to import it into your map. Go to the download section and get Warcraft Viewer, boot it up and look through the menus, find "Convert Tga, bmp, jpg > blp", or something similar, and convert your footman.tga to a .blp (with 100% quality). Next, open up the map you want to use it in, and go to the import manager, import the .BLP and double click on the imported file, check the box custom path and replace the path there with this:

Textures\Footman.blp

and voilá you're done!

Trust me, after you do it for the first time it's MUCH easier.
