How Do I Put Custom Skins Into The Game? I am completely stumped on this,

i dont have frozen throne, so i cant use the import manager:hammer:

then buy it... just kidding....
use techmpq, or mpq2k to put them in.... choose the map as the archive... then choose the file u want to add... e.g. arthas skin in Textures\arthas.blp
