It's good for a first. I think you could do some more flame effects on the cape.
Don't 1st skins go in the "important: post your first skins here" thread. don't mean to be fussy but it's not really fair on the people who use that thread...
The fire look on the cape is great though!! I also worked on the Blood Mage for my first skin, I put it in the "Post your 1st skins here" thread pinned at the top of the gallery!
It's great for your first skin. It beats the **** out of most people's first skins here :P. The boots are cool. I think you should change a little more, so it looks more different from the original.
