Editting Spell Buttons

What would you use to edit Spell Buttons? a BLP Editor rite? if there is one please tell me, or do u use paint or something like that.

A) Wrong forum.
B) use either warcraft viewer (see details on the main news) or Djbnjack warcraft viewer
C) Use above mentioned tools to convert blps to tga files.
D) Use paint shop pro or paint shop to open the tga and edit them
E) save them and use above mentioned tools again to turn em into blp again.
F) import them in map
G) be certain that you put them in the apropiate directory (refer to the skinning guides etc)
