The head is pretty cool... other than that...

he does look so mech. Make his wings all mech style. YOu should edit the entire skin also. For mech you should start with gray.

looks nice with the head... but its abit blur and dark in the portrait... for mech skins, maybe try adding light effects on some parts... dodge more on the platings to make it look more shiny...
