instead of using Map initialization use elapsed game time is 0.01 |

Yea, what ultimate jim said would be fine. Try not to use Map Init, rather, Elapsed time, Init doesnt work for alot of things. |

Guest | The way Map Int works is those triggers are executed before the game starts up when your in the loading screen is when those are run... So usually only basic variables can be safetly run at this time... Everything else is a guess. |

The trigger if fine. Make sure the players are actually allies of red and have start locations placed on the map. |

try this trigger maybe Player Group - Pick every player in (All players controlled by a User player) and do (Unit - Create 1 Santa Footman for (Picked player) at ((Picked player) start location) facing Default building facing degrees) |
