Text Colors

How do you color text that's displayed? I've seen it done but I havn't the slightest clue about it.

Syntax : |cXXYYZZWWText|r
XX is alpha channel
YY is red
ZZ is green
WW is blue

All in hexa decimal (00 to FF)
Exemple :
|cFFFF0000Red text|r
