Ok here is the general theme ideas and description of the map: Fort Builders: Official Description: This is a game about conqueroring kindoms.This is a game where you get gold in the beginning and you choose stuff to build your fort with. You can buy Towers, walls, misc units, 1 hero max, power ups for your hero to begin with, power ups for towers to begin with, and other misc upgrades and stuff to start with for your units towers and such.. You get a custom profile wins/losses against other ppls forts if you defeat a fort you gain a win and opposite if you lose a battle. You can save your profile and load it the next multi player game of Fort Builders. With more battles won you get 3 things: 1. when the players or player types -profiles it will show your wins and losses along with everyone else's wins and losses. 2. You get extra gold for every win won. 3. You get GP. You get 1 GP or Game Point for every fort you conquer which goes toward your ranking level. Your rank up can do 1 of 2 things. Every time you gain a rank up you get +10 Gems. These gems can be used in game to buy further upgrades for your army or if enough are attained then you can buy some items for your hero if you buy one. The only way to attain items is by buying them with gems. There will be defesive structures like siege tank in siege mode from sc :) that kind of defesive structure will take a while to cool down and will be aimed by you and not fired unless you command it and aim your sieged attack. That kind of defesive structure should only be bought once each game because the cool down speed will be slow. Additionally it will be used against units in a massive group or against heavily armored units. You will get money seperate for buying towers/defense/walls etc.. and money for buying and choosing your army :p. I might change that in the future I don't know at this time unless I get feedback from people saying they rather just choose all the stuff with one kind of money or something. Rank Levels: Level 1 = 0 GP Level 2 = 10 GP Level 3 = 25 GP Level 4 = 50 GP Level 5 = 80 GP Level 6 = 120 GP Level 7 = 160 GP Level 8 = 210 GP Level 9 = 300 GP Level 10 = 400 GP Level 11 = 500 GP Level 12 and up are intervals of 100. The maximum rank level will be set at 250. Other ways to gain GP: - Army Slaughterer Award = 75 Unit Kills for +1 GP - Building Destroyer Award = 25 Building/Tower Kills for +1 GP - Mad Killer Award = 125 Unit Kills for +2 GP - Insane Slaughterer Award = 200 Unit Kills for +3 GP - City Destroyer Award = 50 Building/Tower Kills for +2 GP - City Destroyer Warlord Award = 100 Building/Tower Kills for +4 GP - Heroic Metal of Bravery = Hero Reaches level 6 (The only way for a hero to gain exp is from single handedly killing units.) For this you get +1 GP - Heroic Metal of Honor = Hero Reaches Level 10 +2 GP - Conqueror Award = 2 Wins in 1 game for +1 GP - Conqueror King Award = 3 Wins in 1 game for +2 GP - Conqueror Warlord Award = 4 Wins in 1 game for +2 GP - FFA 1v1v1 Win = +2 GP - FFA 1v1v1v1 Win = +3 GP - FFA 1v1v1v1v1 Win = +4 GP The GP/Rank/Gems and Fort Conquer Count/Defeat Count are both save able using the www.grandmastergamers.com program. This map will first take place in the dessert and then new versions will take place in different places with new terrain design. The way you will buy stuff on this map will be completely new you will basically place the things you buy like you do in the world editor for easy fort design :). i see a lot of votes but no one cares to explain...i hate when people do that. at any rate i gave this a 4. why? because yes a lot of people may play it but it will be highly annoying to be a noob to this game for a lot of reasons. you reward people for winning. meanning whoever was around when this game will be god and anyone trying to start it up for thier first time will get owned. the only people who play will be the very powerful ones because the new players will think they suck very bad and will never be good and quit. just my opinion. |

I wholely agree with Supra, A game should reward you for skill, not how long you play it. Witch under the suggested system if you are one of the first ones to start playing you get God-Like and no newbs will play. |
