I have scanned the tutorials and most deal with 3ds max. Could someone direct me to a tutorial that has the info I need or, if no tutorial has it, tell me? Thanks much.

Importing an MDX or MDL model into MS3D is not possible at this time (unless you write your own importer).

1. Mdx file import to 3dsmax with kmk's script
2. exporting as *.3ds file
3. In Ms3d , ''Importing - Autodesk 3ds''
4. Rotate and move the Model to Origin

ok, this is how i did it, i dont know if it deals with animation or anything but I found a .mdx->.obj on infoceptor.com so i dled it, extracted the model i wanted from mpq, converted it to .obj, and milkshape can import .obj, so i imported edited, exported then theres a cool little .3ds or .obj->.mdx so i used that and I got it :) I did it with my own custom made model and havent tryed with one of blizzards models yet...
