Well, with doodads it's very simple, but how can you raise/lower buildings? Is it possible, for instance, to drop a barracks into the ground so you can't see the ugly slab it's built on? How do you do it? // Ligature |

Try setting its movement type to 'Hover' and then give it a negative flying height. |

I have tried dropping the movement height... it works in the editor, but the minute you open up the map all the buildings are back on ground level... I think I have a workaround - custom doodads using the model of the building you want to shift. This does mean it won't work as a unit, though... |

Solution 1 Movement Type: Hover Movement Height: whatever Is a Building: False Of course, this means your building can move around... |

if you're talking about the ground texture you could just set it to None in its properties |

No, the ground texture is good - the slab is part of the actual model... Anyway that was just an example. |

start with a base building, set the building boolean to false, change its movement type to fly, set movement height to -X you have to setup all the building properties while not in unit-mode (ala you haven't turned the building boolean to false) cause the options disappear once u do |

guys... Ok are u using tft or no? In tft there is like an option that shows the ground under the building. Just change it to none. Its "Art - Ground Texture" |
