this might've already been asked by somebody, but i'd really like to know my yobgul's converter wont work BECUZ of the game.dll file that is needed, I HAVE THE FILE, but b4 i heard somebody say that u needed the game.dll from warcraft v.1.00, is that true? if so, please attach the correct game.dll file so i can convert mdl's back into mdx's, thanks. |

Yes, unfortunately this is true, however, you actually need more than just the game.dll you also need a few others, ijl.dll and Mss32.dll here are all the files you need attached below. Post if it still doesn't work. |

Go here: http://www.wc3campaigns.com/forums/s...&threadid=1744 On the first page you find an installer, which extracts the appropriate DLLs automatically. |

listen I HAVE the dll's but it still doesnt work i'm saying i hav the wrong version of the game.dll when i install the converter it extracts the WRONG version, but the only way to get the CORRECT version is to uninstall and reinstall my wc3, and i dont want to do that, does anybody hav a game.dll from version 1.0? if so please post it |

I have had some real freaky problems with the converter, somehow dealing with paths I suppose. Whenever I can't get something to save (which is the problem I have) I find that if I close the converter, go directly to where it is located (in the folder with the files it needs) it will work everytime. I have no idea what the problem is, it is pretty flaky, but this is how I resolve the issue I have with converting back to mdx and the game.dll error. |
