give a building a unit model. |

I think it involves SLK editing, as I'm pretty sure each unit's section includes all the fields shown in the unit editor (such as the ones like Items Sold which are not visible if you're editing a unit). Once you've got that far, I can't help you. |

This is easy Just take a merchant unit, change the model and icon to the unit you want it to look like. Then set the pathing tile (The ground arround buildings) to either something smaller, or nothing. Change the sound to the unit sound. REMEMBER to change the selection scale, or your merchant will have a large selection circle arround it, looks stupid. And boom, u got a unit that sells items As simple as that |

You can also download an enhanced editor like UMSWE or WE Unlimited which gives all units the ability to sell items. |

Also, you can put this UnitMetaData.slk file into your Warcraft III\Units\ directory. You don't need to insert it into your map. It's the file that tells the WE what fields to enable for units in the Unit Editor. This one I've altered to enable the "Units Sold" and "Items Sold". |

You have to put the ability on the unit which corresponds to being able to buy items back from the player. I don't remember what it's called. Looking at an existing shop should give you your answer. |

No no no you just change the model file of the shop and select the walkable button its easy. |

use the unitmetadata.slk its the easiest way, and for units/buildings to buy items, you have to give them the buy item abil |
