Transform spell HELP!

Hey people,

Heres the deal: im thinking about making an AoS and i have a hero in mind. Now here is where i have a prob: this hero can change into 2 other heros (w/ the bearform spell). its like this:

....................................Hero 1
....................................../..\
...................................../....\
..................................../......\
............................Hero 2----Hero 3

as you can see (hopefully) they can change into EACH hero.

How would i do this? Just so u know, i have created a hero b4 with 2 forms like this, so im not dumb on that part. the real prob is all how to do the transform spells, how would i work that out?

NOTE: EVERYTHING BELOW IS BASED ON HOW IT SHOULD GO!!

Hero 1 has Transform to hero 2 and Transform to Hero 3.
Hero 2 has Go back to Hero 1 and Transform to 3.
Hero 3 has (if from Hero 1) Back to 1 and Transform to 2.
Hero 2 (from 3) has turn to hero 1 and back to 3.
Hero 3 (from 2) has back to 2 and Transform to 1.

Its simple, just make combinations of spells using "stone form" "bear form" and "storm crow form". I did something like this for the Panda Brewmaster for fun.

Stone Form had:
Transform into Fire (from stone)
Transform into Storm (from stone)

Fire Form had:
Transform into Stone (from fire)
Transform into Storm (from fire)

well you get the idea....

So total i had 6 spells and 3 separate heros, now if you wanted it to say like "Transform back to Storm" like when he goes storm to fire" then it would take a few more spells and a few more heros.
