Skins: Please Help

I followed another msg on this site that had to do with paints. It said that you had to get Wc3 viewer. So i did:D
But... What do you do after that? How do your paint the unit? I would really appriciate any help whatsoever a.s.a.p.

Save the model you want to paint, then open it with a editor...
