Problem with Death And Decay building reduction

Ok, the Max Life Drained per Second (%) is set at 0.04, and the Building Reduction is set at 1.00 for the default settings right? Well here's the problem. I want it to deal 10% per second to units, and only 1% to buildings. So I set the Max Life Drained per Second (%) to 0.10, and the Building Reduction to 0.10, but it deals 10% damage to buildings. What's going on, and why isn't Building Reduction affecting it?

why dont you set building reduction to 0.01?

Ok let me explain. The Max Life Drained per Second (%) is set at 0.04, and the Building Reduction is set at 1.00 for the default settings right? That means it deals 4% damage to units, and does 100% of that 4% to buildings.

Now, I set the Max Life Drained per Second (%) to 0.10, and the Building Reduction to 0.10. This means that it SHOULD deal 10% damage to units, and does 10% of that 10% to buildings. Since 10% of 10% is 1%, it should deal only 1% to buildings.

My problem is that it doesn't do that. I looked at Blizzard and it works. Level 1 Blizzard deals 30 damage to units. It has a building reduction of 0.50, so it deals 15 damage to buildings.

tru ticking enemy in the targets allowed place, but the building reduction thinger doesn't have a % thing......
