"Jean" from Tides of Blood

Jean is a fiery wench in the ToB mod whose spells primarily deal with - yes - fire and the sun. She's jokingly named after Jean Grey of the X-Men, but is not supposed to be her. Since she currently uses an unedited Sorceress model with yellow teamcolour, I thought it'd be fun to give her some custom graphics.

I apologize for the length of the following, but I took snapshots at several different times and didn't bother to go back and glomp them together.







Feel free to give comments and suggestions, particularly on how to make her more fiery (without overdoing it).

I think the eyebrows are too slantydownwardsy, it makes her look really bitchy. And yes the cape is awesome :D.

Awesome skin as usually, and you beat me to it >.< I was thinking of making a "Fire" sorceress, in either case, I like the color scheme, and like it better with the red in certain places and yellow in others. The only problem I have is with her eyes, she looks too angry, or evil or something, and she is on the "Good" side in ToB so maybe do something about them, other then that it's perfect.

wow Jacinthe, can you make a skin thats not good? All of yours that I've seen have made me go: Oooh, Ahhh. I actually think the red looks good, the sun has lava, fire etc. her spells are fiery, it all makes sense.

Wow Jacinthe, once again I am amazed by your skin. Is there an icon for Jean? Because I think your icons are very good. The cape is very good looking. Overall it's a good skin, but I think your best is the skin based off of the Assassin model. Try adding fire to her hands (via special effect) and take a screen shot. That might just make her look even better.

Thanks much, guys! I used a lot of red because two of her four spells have a lot of red in the graphics (phoenix wake and flare), and to make her entirely one colour would be a little monotonous - some people have commented on that in my previous skins. She'll have some pretty special effects on her, the same ones she has now I assume, once she's put in the map; unfortunately, I'm clueless as to how to do that myself.

I'd considered an icon, but didn't actually do one. She'd look a little odd with the old icon and new face though, so I'll start work on one. Thanks for suggesting it.

And yes, I suppose the brows do look a little "crazy b*tch," but as all ToB fans know that's what Jean is! ;D

Make more gold/ yellow accents, maybe a lil sun on her chest (like a necklace or somehing)...?
