Who does this happen? I need help !

This has happened few times and i want to know why...How to make skin work right !

What program are you using to save your .TGA? And to convert your TGA to BLP?

Do you mean what program i use to take skins out of mpq ?

I use warcraft 3 viewer 2.0.

I have already made one skin and that spell breaker is allmost ready but now sometimes it looks like that. Sometimes i have to use backup file to get it work.

problem : no alpha channel. read a tutorial on skinning and learn all you can about the famous alpha channel. once you have one your skin will work. good luck

Actualy there is alpha channel....I just checked.

Looks like that i disappears in some point.

Now my back up file does that too...it worked before !

And there IS alpha channel!

this happens with viewer v 2.0 (at least it did for me!)

Download image extractor and use it to convert the .blp's you've got from wc3 viewer and they'll work fine
