i just finish a skin, but when i search for the saved result with the warcraft 3 viewer, i cant find it, can anyone help me out please?

Well, where did you save the skin to (a.k.a. what directory and name did you save it to)?

welll, i just converted the bmp to a blp, any idea how to convert that to a MDX though?

Eh, I hope people understand this once and for all.
Bmp, blp, tga, jpg are picture files
mdx, mdl are model files.
There is no similarity. You can't paint a picture and convert it to a model.

You can use /blps for skins on models, loading screens, etc.
