How to open campaigns?

How can i open the Maps in the Single player Campaign missions? Is there some program to do that??

Yes, you use the program "World Editor.exe" to open campaign maps.

Actually first you extract them from War3xlocal.mpq with a program like WinMPQ. Then you open them in the editor.

It says cannot locate VB40031.DLL??

EDIT: Nevermind i fixed it but it only gives me the campaign levels of frozen throne, i also want the levels from Reign of Chaos

The RoC campaigns can be found inside war3.mpq.
