Need help with Final Fantasy I RPG Campaign

Alright, I'm making an RPG based on Final Fantasy I. I've been working on it on and off ever since Warcraft III was released, though once TFT was released I started over since I hadn't been working on it forever and since there were tons of new possibilities.

I'll explain a little about how this map is going to be. As far as plot and storyline go, it'll be fairly basic, using just the basic plot of Final Fantasy I: go defeat the 4 elemental fiends and then confront Chaos. The main feature I am aiming for in this RPG will be gameplay and replayability.
The game starts out with you selecting a class for each of the 4 elemental spirits (fire, earth, water, and wind). The classes you can choose from include Fighter, Black Belt, Thief, White Mage, Red Mage, and Black Mage. Depending on which element selects which class, you get a slightly different character. For example, if the spirit of water selects a black mage, they will get Edea. If the spirit of fire selects a black mage, they will get Vivi. All the black mages will have the same abilities, except that depending on which element you get, one of your 4 normal hero abilities will be stronger. Edea (water) will be able to get "Ice Strike" up to level 4 instead of 3, and Vivi (fire) will be able to get "Fire" up to level 4 instead of 3. Also, once you defeat an elemental fiend (say Kary, the fiend of Fire), your Fire hero will get a class level up and learn their ultimate. For example, Vivi would upgrade from a black mage to a black wizard and learn his ultimate, "Trance," which is a transformation ability that allows him to cast spells twice as fast.
Because of all the different possibilities there are for your starting party (there are 4 elements x 6 classes = 24 characters), players will want to start over and try the game with a different party. The game will also have several side-quests and mini-games that can unlock ultimate weapons, secret items, and hidden characters that they can use next time they start a new game.

So now at this point I have much of the groundwork and concepts for the game done. It is still far from complete, however. If I ever get it done, it will be an awesome RPG experience. But if I ever hope to get it done, I will need help with a few things.

First, I need someone to be a terrain artist. My RPG will consist of 6 separate maps: the overworld, 4 maps for each of the elemental caves (fire, water, wind, and earth), and a final dungeon. I've tried terraining a little myself, but I just don't have the time or the artistic skills to do all 6 maps myself, as well as doing everything else that needs to be done.

Second, I could really use a good modeller and skinner. Most of the classes and characters in my RPG will use the basic models and skins provided with War3. There are some, however, that really don't have a good match. For example, the biggest problem is that I have no good model to use as a black belt/monk/whatever you want to call it. Pretty much the only unarmed models in the game are the druid of the claw, as well as some nonorganic creatures such as the mountain giant and the golems. I COULD use these, but it really would be kinda lame. The solution to this could be as (relatively) simple as taking a model such as the Demon Hunter, removing his weapons, and changing his skin to a different color. Other models that I need include a non-armored fighter (using the blademaster only with human look), a good thief (I'm currently using the bandit, which does NOT look at all like Edge, Locke, or Zidane), a generic black mage (could be as simple as adding a cone hat onto a necromancer), and maybe a few others.

Well, that's about all I can think of that I REALLY need to get this done, I plan on doing most of the triggering, battle system, equipment, and other game design myself. I know that probably a lot of people are working on the FPS mod right now, and maybe no one wants to help out with something that might not be top-notch in the end, but if ANYONE is interested in helping out, I'd really appreciate it.

Hopefully I will soon post more details on what progress is done, exactly what needs to be done, and so on.
