Game cache

I have to save heroes' skills, objects ande exp. point.
I tried to use the game cache, but I can't do it.
Is there someone that can explain me how to do it?






P.S: I'm Italian, and not perfect at English.

Well, first of all, I would like to know if this is a multiplayer map, or just a single player map/campaign.

It's a single player campaign, and I have to save 4 heroes between the maps.
