I've been using Heavy Lock to protect my maps, and it doesn't watn to work for me. It'll protect the map, reduce it in size (which is awesome) but when I try to play the map on BNet it won't let me load it. Keeps telling me that the map can not be found... Can anyone help me or tell me of an additional method to protect a map and reduce the size? |

First protect it using map protect, then use heavylocker with default settings. Works fine for me. |

Download the latest Heavy Locker version Here When you lock your map make sure that the Obfuscate Script level is 0. |

I was having a similar problem. The issue for me was being caused by the game itself (because I tried different programs for map protection). Try moving the file up in the folder tree. I had my map under the folder "Maps\WileEMan's New Maps\Protected Version". When I moved the map up a folder Warcraft started finding it. |
