New Spells: Artic Blast and Insanity

Spellmaker	Artic Blast freeze the unit with a solid ice rock, remove all buffs and drain half of life and mana tip: try to freeze youself Insanity Give attack rate and speed but the unit lose the mind attacking anyone

tufy	Your Arctic Blast has a similar effect as my Petrify spell (turns your unit to stone :)).
