Map Protection not working for me

I'm trying to protect my TFT map. I've tried W3M Map Utilities with 3 of the different options for protection. I've also tried a 'mapprotector.zip' tool which uses mpq2k.exe, and for that one I had to rename to a .w3m map.

Both give me the same effect: When I go into the game the protected map's filename doesn't show up. The unprotected one (different folder, copy) works.

You got it, after I protect it, it doesn't show in the game. I go to Single Player|Custom Game and the folder with my map. No maps show up. I go up a folder, other maps show up.

I go to Battle.Net|Custom Game|Create Game, go to the folder with my protected map, and same thing - no files show up at all.

Under Windows, the file is still there though, but the game just doesn't see it. It has .w3x on the end of the filename in Windows.

If I try to open the protected file with World Editor it does seem to be protected - it loads most stuff like units, and then gives me some error like "Trigger data is invalid, can't open map" and quits.

the invalid trigger on protected map is good means its protected as 4 not showing up no idea bout it

For anyone else that runs across this:

I had too many folders under the Warcraft III\Maps folder. I moved the protected file up a couple folders and Warcraft started finding it.
