2 hours in PSP8, I am not that good an artist but I happy with how this turned out. Keep in mind it is my second skin so far.
But it looks badass in the game when it is bitch slapping people and using stomp and stuff!

Edit: It may look a bit grainy because it is saved as .gif for preview image...
And without further Delay:

Sorry, but it looks a little too plain, and hardly tech like. If you wanted to go for high tech it should definently have more metal on it, and make the eyes brighter and appear as if they are glowing.

Well I was'nt going to for tech look, more like a cyborg or something, hence the green blood and chrome parts...

But I am re-making the skin with more armor, I already finished armor for his legs, I need to know how to make ChainMail Armor( http://www.wc3campaigns.com/forums/s...threadid=30346).

And the I am trying to make the eyes glow/stand out a bit more, but I can't seem to do it.:(

Anyways, anymore constructive critism is welcome...

If you're using Photoshop:

You can try to use a glow effect for the eyes, and a quick easy way to make chainmail is use the stained glass filter with a black border to and a grey inside (make sure the size is as smallest as possible). It looks close enough to chainmail and is easy, but if you want to make really good looking chainmail, then it takes a while. First select the are you want with the armor and fill it with grey. Then make a new layer on top of that and use like 1-3 size pixel brush and paint black lines in shape of the chainmail "scales" and then you might want to change the blending of that layer or lower the opacity by a bit and it should come out pretty good. (Also make sure to shade the gray area).

For PSP:

Sorry, don't use it, but you can use the hard way in PSP for sure, not sure about the glow and filter.

Thanks ReinHart, but unforunatly, due to certain reasons, I cannot install the Targa plugin for Photoshop so I can't skin with it...

Hehe, well I know I am not good at skinning or anything, but I think my skin is better than quite a bit of the other ones that are posted here by newbs such as myself...
I don't know what it is, I mean, I added armour and stuff to legs and drew green blood and stuff, ext. but I also did alot of recolouring. Either way this thing looks bad *** when in the game and using stomp and stuff.
Maybe someone could use it in a StarCraft mod as an easter egg?:D

Anyways here is the latest version.(I renamed it to Space Owl since it is not really a tech owl)
