I know how to import/export/edit the models. Since it was my first time editing a War3 model I followed the Modelling Tutorial by Archuivie. It change everything just as the tutorial said, and imported it into my map perfectly fine. Only problem is that he looks like his arm is broken. His body is all twisted around and when he moves his arm the part between this elbow and wrist hangs limp.. What would have caused this? Another question. The tutorial says to NOT DELETE ANY VERTICES! I didnt delete them for this model but why cant you delete any?.. emote_sweat |

This is one for importing Warcraft models and editing them. I have read your tut. (Very good by the way) but yours is about starting from scratch... Is all I need to do is replace geosets maybe? I know the tut does that and thats what I did. But I wonder if that is all you gotta do to get it to work. Maybe I should just import the model. Delete all the vertices I want, and uvw map it? |

Alright... Since no one wanted to answer my other questions.. How about this one. If I simply want to move some verticies around would all I need to do is replace geosets? And If I replace the geosets, when I export I need to select the meshes. Does it matter which order I select these meshes in? |
