simple skining questions

im new to the skining world and i have 3 main questions
1.will my skins be dowloaded as well as my map when i give it to
some one.
2. will they have to do any work to see them.
3. will they be seen on battel net on ums games.

Yes. The skins are stored in the map file. Icemaze defence has a custom skin in it, an Ice Infernal.
